- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I don't know much about other departments, but the environmental department that does the perk test are absolutely terrible. They don't care about the paying citizens of Ohio County at all. They are rude. And I was told by someone with some power in Ohio County that all they do is sit around, and they work when they want to work. People pay $180 for someone to go dig a hole and test the dirt - The whole concept is ridiculous but the fact that Adam and Kurt are so rude and don't give a crap makes it even worse.By A Google User, December 12, 2016
